Total Body Conditioning


This high-energy class provides an invigorating full-body challenge, with intensity tailored by the instructor.


You'll engage in dynamic high-rep strength exercises using dumbbells and your own body weight-to build muscle, enhance balance, and boost endurance.  No two sessions are the same, keeping your workouts fresh, engaging, and effective.  


Meets every Wednesday  8:30-9:15 in Meads at the Ridgewood YMCA.
