I finally got around to reading your intake forms. Please remind me (if I forget) to organize the seating so everyone can see.
A participant shared booklets from the Harvard Medical School with information on fitness training for Osteoporosis- it includes stretch routines, workouts, movements to avoid and how to wear a weighted vest - I will update the Resource page so that you have access.
Since we are about half way done with this session, let's test our sit to stand, balance, posture, etc.
