Good Afternoon,

This week we will work as a group on Tuesday and do a circuit class on Thursday.  I will demonstrate each of the stations and add in some movements that aren't at a station.  

  1. Push up (wall, chair, or floor)
  2. Sit to stand or box squat 
  3. Overhead press (dumbbells or band)
  4. Hip hinge
  5. Zottman curl
  6. Wall sits or seated leg extension
  7. Band pull aparts
  8. Lateral leg raises


One of the stations that I added this week is the HIP HINGE


Please spend some time working on the hinge pattern before adding weight. Will Harlow has put together a video for building hip strength - Build STRONG Hips:  10-min Routine.  We will review these exercises next week.
