Good Afternoon,
This week we will work as a group on Tuesday and do a circuit class on Thursday. I will demonstrate each of the stations and add in some movements that aren't at a station.
- Push up (wall, chair, or floor)
- Sit to stand or box squat
- Overhead press (dumbbells or band)
- Hip hinge
- Zottman curl
- Wall sits or seated leg extension
- Band pull aparts
- Lateral leg raises
One of the stations that I added this week is the HIP HINGE
Please spend some time working on the hinge pattern before adding weight. Will Harlow has put together a video for building hip strength - Build STRONG Hips: 10-min Routine. We will review these exercises next week.
