The Glutes
The Glutes
The glute muscles are the largest muscles in the body. Strong glutes support the hips and pelvis, improve balance and posture, and help absorb impact during weight-bearing activities. By strengthening the glutes, we can enhance stability, reduce fall risk, and place healthy stress on the hip bones—which in turn will signal Osteoblasts to build bone.
